Common use of Rejection of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then You m ust not copy, install, upload, access or use any portion of the Software and You must either: 1) Not proceed with any acquisition or use of the Software; or 2) select the “I Do Not Accept” option in conjunction with an on-line or electronic version of this Agreement, and in either case if You do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement then You must not proceed to copy, install, upload, access or use any portion of the Software.
