Common use of Rejection of Deposit Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Deposit. The Credit Union is not liable for any service or late charges levied against you due to their rejection of any item. In all cases, you are responsible for any loss or overdraft plus any applicable fees to your Account due to an item being returned. The Credit Union will send you an email notification of any item(s) that are rejected, no later than the next Business Day following rejection.
