Rejection of Irregular Cost Proposals. The Trustees may reject any cost proposal if it shows any alterations of forms, additions not called for, conditional proposals, incomplete proposals, unsigned proposals, erasures, or irregularities of any kind. If Proposer changes the proposal amount after the amount has been inserted, Proposer shall initial the change.
