Common use of REJECTION OF OFFERS Clause in Contracts

REJECTION OF OFFERS. A. Rejection of Offers. The District may, at its sole and absolute discretion: 1. Reject any and all, or parts of any or all, Offers submitted by prospective Vendors; 2. Re-advertise this Solicitation; 3. Postpone or cancel the process; 4. Waive any irregularities in the Offers received in conjunction with this Solicitation to accept an offer(s) which has additional value or function and/or is determined to be more advantageous to the District; and/or; 5. Determine the criteria and process whereby Offers are evaluated and awarded. No damages shall be recoverable by any challenger as a result of these determinations or decisions by the District.
