Common use of Rejection Clause in Contracts

Rejection. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

Rejection. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s 's receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s 's sole judgmentjudgement, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (ai) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (bii) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (ciii) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, faith is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) which is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s 's receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s 's sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits upon wire transfers which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole reasonable judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faithfaith and with reasonable inquiry, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized. In the case of any such rejection, the Transfer Agent shall notify the Administrator, or its designee, as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order (i) which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (bii) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, network time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (ciii) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

In the case of any such rejection, the Transfer Agent shall notify the Fund, or its designee, as soon as reasonably practicable.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment, to be exercised in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, network time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole reasonable judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s 's receipt of such payment order; order or (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized. The Transfer Agent agrees to promptly notify the Trust of the rejection of any order and the reasons for such rejection, so that the Trust may contact and resolve the issue with the Shareholder on the same day.

Rejection. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline (in the case of clauses (a) or (c)) to process or delay (in the case of clause (b)) the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s 's receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment's reasonable judgement, to exceed any reasonable volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

Rejection. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which which: (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole reasonable judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized. In the case of any such rejection, the Transfer Agent shall promptly notify the Fund.

The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (a) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s 's receipt of such payment order; (b) if initiating such payment order processed, would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s sole judgment's reasonable judgement, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (c) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, is unable to satisfy itself not satisfied that the transaction has been properly authorized.

Rejection. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to decline to process or delay the processing of a payment order which (ai) is in excess of the collected balance in the account to be charged at the time of the Transfer Agent’s 's receipt of such payment order; (bii) if initiating such payment order would cause the Transfer Agent, in the Transfer Agent’s 's sole judgment, to exceed any volume, aggregate dollar, network, time, credit or similar limits which are applicable to the Transfer Agent; or (ciii) if the Transfer Agent, in good faith, faith is unable to satisfy itself that the transaction has been properly authorized.
