Clearance of the Site. During the provision of the Works, and as a pre-condition to the issue of the Taking- Over Certificate, the Contractor shall clear away and remove from the Site, all Contractor's equipment, surplus material, wreckage, rubbish and temporary Works, and shall keep the Site free from all unnecessary obstructions, and shall not store or dispose of any Contractor's equipment or surplus materials on the Site. The Contractor shall promptly clear away and remove from the Site any wreckage, rubbish or temporary Works no longer required and leave the Site and the Works in a clean and safe condition to the sole satisfaction of the Authority.
