Common use of Related Contracts Clause in Contracts

Related Contracts. During the term of this Agreement and after its termination, the Government will disqualify Staff, Consultants and Contractors and any party affiliated with any of them from providing goods, works or services (other than consulting services) resulting from, or closely related to, the activities under this Agreement, and shall not hire them for any assignment that, by its nature, may be in conflict with this Agreement.

Related Contracts.
