Related Credit Agreement. If at any time the financial covenants set forth in Paragraph 5.03 (or any applicable definition used therein) differs from the financial covenants set forth in the Related Credit Agreement (or any applicable definition used therein), Lessee shall execute such amendments to this Agreement as Lessor or Required Participants may reasonably request to conform the financial covenants set forth in Paragraph 5.03 (or any applicable definition used therein) with such financial covenants set forth in the Related Credit Agreement.
