Common use of Related Entities Clause in Contracts

Related Entities. For purposes of this Agreement, a "related entity" has the following meaning: a Developer is a "related entity" of another person: (a) If either has a controlling interest in the other, or (b) If any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, or other entity with a controlling interest in one has controlling interest in the other. The identification of related entities may be supported by documentation from the Missouri Secretary of State's Office, Jefferson City, Missouri.
