Endorsements. Each Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability policy shall be endorsed with the following specific language:
A. The County of Placer, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be covered as an additional insured for all liability arising out of the operations by or on behalf of the named insured in the performance of this Agreement."
B. The insurance provided by the Contractor, including any excess liability or umbrella form coverage, is primary coverage to the County of Placer with respect to any insurance or self- insurance programs maintained by the County of Placer and no insurance held or owned by the County of Placer shall be called upon to contribute to a loss."

Endorsements. We may accept transfers, checks, drafts, and other items for deposit into any of your accounts if they are made payable to, or to the order of, one (1) or more account owners even if they are not endorsed by all payees. You authorize us to supply missing endorsements of any owners if we choose. If a check, draft, or item that is payable to two (2) or more persons is ambiguous as to whether it is payable to either or both, we may process the check, draft, or item as though it is payable to either person. If an insurance, government, or other check or draft requires an endorsement, we may require endorsement as set forth on the item. Endorsements must be made on the back of the check or draft within 1½ inches of the top edge, although we may accept endorsements outside this space. However, any loss we incur from a delay or processing error resulting from an irregular endorsement or other markings by you or any prior endorser will be your responsibility.
Endorsements. A policy endorsement is required listing all required additional insureds. The endorsement for Business Automobile Liability shall be at least as broad as the unmodified ISO CA 20 48 10/13 or a substitute form confirming City’s insured status for Liability Coverage under the Who Is An Insured Provision contained in Section II of the coverage form ISO CA 00 01 10/13.
Endorsements. The specific insurance coverage endorsements specified above, or their equivalents must be provided. In the event that endorsements, which are the equivalent of the required coverage, are proposed to be substituted for the required coverage, copies of the equivalent endorsements must be provided for the City’s review and approval.
Endorsements. Each general liability and automobile liability insurance policy shall be with insurers possessing a AM Best’s rating of no less than A:VII and shall be endorsed with the following specific language:
i. City, its elected or appointed officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers are to be covered as additional insured’s under Consultant’s General Liability and Automobile Liability policies with respect to liability arising out of this Agreement and/or work performed by or on behalf of the Consultant, including materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations.
ii. This policy shall be considered primary insurance as respects City, its elected or appointed officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers. Any insurance maintained by City, including any self-insured retention City may have, shall be considered excess insurance only and shall not contribute with it.
iii. This insurance shall act for each insured and additional insured as though a separate policy had been written for each, except with respect to the limits of liability of the insuring Consultant.
iv. The insurer waives all rights of subrogation against City except for Consultant’s Professional Liability and Employers’ Liability policies, its elected or appointed officers, officials, employees or agents.
v. Any failure to comply with reporting provisions of the policies shall not affect coverage provided to City, its elected or appointed officers, officials, employees, agents or volunteers.
vi. No policies of insurance carried by Consultant shall be suspended, voided, canceled, or changed in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days written notice to the City Attorney by Certified Mail.
Endorsements. Provider’s and any and all Provider subcontractor’s Commercial General Liability insurance; Commercial Automobile Insurance; Liability Excess, Umbrella and/or Reinsurance; and Abuse and Molestation coverage shall name the District, its governing board, officers, agents, employees, and/or volunteers as additional insureds. All endorsements specifying additional insureds for any of the Insurance Policies shall be as indicated below or an equivalent endorsement reasonably acceptable to the District. General Liability Construction: CG 20 10 10 01 and CG 20 37 10 01; Facilities Rental or Lease: CG 20 11 10 01; Most Other services: CG 20 26 10 01. Primary, Non-Contributory CG 20 01 01 13 Waiver of Subrogation CG 24 04 05 09 Commercial Automobile Liability CA 20 48 10 13 Provider’s and any and all Provider subcontractor’s Commercial General Liability insurance shall provide a list of endorsements and exclusions. Deductibles. Any deductible(s) or self-insured retention(s) applicable to the insurance and/or coverage required by the foregoing provisions of this agreement must be declared to and approved by the District. Provider shall be responsible to pay that deductible or self-insured retention and the District shall not be responsible to pay these costs. In the event that Provider’s deductibles or self-insured retentions collectively total more than $50,000.00, District reserves the right to request proof of Provider’s financial solvency in relation to remittance thereof or require Provider to post a bond guaranteeing payment of the deductible, or both. Acceptability of Insurers. Insurance is to be placed with insurers with a current A.M. Best’s rating of no less than A: VII, unless otherwise acceptable to the District. Insurance written on a “claims made” basis is to be renewed by the Provider and all Provider subcontractors for a period of five (5) years following termination of this Agreement. Such insurance must have the same coverage and limits as the policy that was in effect during the term of this agreement, and will cover the provider for all claims made.
Endorsements. Required insurance policies shall not be in compliance if they include any limiting provision or endorsement that has not been submitted to the Town for approval.
(A) The policy or policies of insurance required by Section 3.2.8.2(A), Commercial General Liability shall be endorsed to provide the following:

All items including checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers or other transfers credited to your account are provisional until we receive final payment. We may charge-back, or debit, your account for the amount of such items under the following circumstances: (1) if final payment is not received; or (2) if, within the normal handling period for such item, the item cannot be honored against the drawer's account; or (3) if a deposited item is returned to us by the financial institution on which it is drawn, even if that financial institution failed to return the item before its midnight deadline; or (4) any other circumstances allowed by law. We may charge-back your account regardless of whether the other financial institution returned the item before its midnight deadline. You further authorize us to pursue collection of previously dishonored items, and you acknowledge that this may permit the payor bank to hold an item beyond the midnight deadline. When charging-back your account, we may also charge your account with a return item charge and any collection fees or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees. You acknowledge and agree that we may charge-back your account even if it causes your account to have insufficient funds as determined by our Overdraft Governance Documents, and you agree to replenish the funds in your account and to pay any and all overdraft, return, or non-sufficient funds fees and charges. You specifically agree that we may exercise our security interest and right of set-off against any other deposit accounts that you have with us to recover any of these amounts. Foreign banks.
