Common use of Related Parties Clause in Contracts

Related Parties. None of the directors, officers, employees, consultants or advisors of the Company or any Subsidiary, any known principal shareholder, or any known associate or affiliate of any of the foregoing persons, has had any material interest, direct or indirect, in any previous transaction or any proposed transaction with the Company which, as the case may be, materially affected, is material to or will materially affect the Company. All previous material transactions of the Company were completed on an arm's length basis and on commercially reasonable terms.

Related Parties. None of the directors, officers, employees, consultants officers or advisors employees of the Company or any Material Subsidiary, any known principal shareholderholder of more than 10% of any class of shares of the Company, or any known associate or affiliate of any of the foregoing personspersons or companies, has had any material interest, direct or indirect, in any material transaction within the previous transaction two years or any proposed material transaction with the Company or any Material Subsidiary which, as the case may be, materially affected, is material to or will materially affect the Company. All previous material transactions of the Company were completed on an arm's length basis and on commercially reasonable termsor any Material Subsidiary.
