Common use of Related Party Relationships Clause in Contracts

Related Party Relationships. Except as set forth in Exhibit 3.19, no Shareholder nor any officer or director of Xxxxxx Mortgage, possesses, directly or indirectly, any beneficial interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any corporation, partnership, firm, association or business organization which is a client, supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, lender, creditor, borrower, debtor or contracting party with or of Xxxxxx Mortgage (except as a stockholder holding less than a one percent interest in a corporation whose shares are traded on a national or regional securities exchange or in the over-the-counter market).

Except as set forth in Exhibit 3.193.17, no Shareholder nor any shareholder, member, manager, officer or director of Xxxxxx Mortgage, Contributor possesses, directly or indirectly, any beneficial interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any corporation, partnership, firm, association or business organization which is a client, supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, lender, creditor, borrower, debtor or contracting party with or of Xxxxxx Mortgage Contributor with respect to the business of Contributor (except as a stockholder holding less than a one percent (1%) interest in a corporation whose shares are traded on a national or regional securities exchange or in the over-the-over the counter market).
