Common use of Related Party Relationships Clause in Contracts

Related Party Relationships. Except as set forth in Exhibit 3.17, no shareholder, member, manager, officer or director of Contributor possesses, directly or indirectly, any beneficial interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any corporation, partnership, firm, association or business organization which is a client, supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, lender, creditor, borrower, debtor or contracting party with or of Contributor with respect to the business of Contributor (except as a stockholder holding less than a one percent (1%) interest in a corporation whose shares are traded on a national or regional securities exchange or in the over the counter market).

Related Party Relationships. Except as set forth in Exhibit 3.173.21, no shareholder, member, manager, Shareholder or officer or director of Contributor the Acquired Company possesses, directly or indirectly, any beneficial interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any corporation, partnership, firm, association or business organization which is a client, supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, lender, creditor, borrower, debtor or contracting party with or of Contributor with respect to the business of Contributor Acquired Company (except as a stockholder holding less than a one percent (1%) interest in a corporation whose shares are traded on a national or regional securities exchange or in the over the over-the-counter market).

Except as set forth in Exhibit 3.173.22, no shareholder, member, manager, none of the Shareholders nor any officer or director of Contributor the Acquired Company, possesses, directly or indirectly, any beneficial interest in, or is a director, officer or employee of, any corporation, partnership, firm, association or business organization which is a client, supplier, customer, lessor, lessee, lender, creditor, borrower, debtor or contracting party with or of Contributor with respect to the business of Contributor Acquired Company (except as a stockholder holding less than a one percent (1%) interest in a corporation whose shares are traded on a national or regional securities exchange or in the over the over-the-counter market).
