Relating to Sanctions. If it is or becomes unlawful, or contrary to any law, enabling legislation, executive order or regulation in relation to Sanctions, for Securitas to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement, or if the Customer or its direct or indirect owner is added to a Sanctions List: a) Securitas may, in its absolute discretion cease performing its obligations under this Agreement immediately and/or terminate this Agreement; and b) Customer agrees that Securitas will not be liable to Customer for any loss (including any consequential loss), damage or delay whatsoever as a result of Securitas ceasing to perform its obligations and/or terminating this Agreement.
