Commencement of the Services. 1. The Client is obliged to deliver the Goods to the Freight Forwarder or a Third Party in suitable packaging to the agreed location, at the agreed time and in the manner agreed. 2. In respect of the Goods, as well as in respect of the handling thereof, the Client is obliged to supply the Freight Forwarder in good time with any details and documents that it knows or ought to know, are of importance to the Freight Forwarder. If the Goods and/or activities are subject to governmental provisions, including customs and excise regulations and tax rules, the Client must provide all information and documents, in good time, that are required by the Freight Forwarder in order to comply with those provisions. 3. The Client guarantees that the information and documents that it provides are correct and complete and that all instructions and Goods that are made available comply with current legislation. The Freight Forwarder shall not be obliged but shall be entitled to investigate whether the information provided is correct and complete.

Commencement of the Services. Except for such Services the performance of which commences prior thereto pursuant to Sections 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 hereof, Contractor shall commence performance of the Services on the date which Owner specifies (the "Commencement Date") in a written notice delivered to Contractor in the form set forth as Appendix J-3 hereto (the "Notice to Proceed"); provided, however, that the Notice to Proceed shall not be effective unless either (i) the Financial Closing Date shall have occurred on or prior to the Commencement Date or (ii) Owner shall have caused The AES Corporation ("AES") to guaranty irrevocably and unconditionally the performance and payment of all of Owner's obligations hereunder up to the Financial Closing Date, by executing and delivering to Contractor a guaranty in substantially the form set forth in Appendix M hereto (the "AES Pre-Financial Closing Guaranty").

Commencement of the Services. Securitas is not obliged to start providing the Services before the Customer provides necessary cooperation and before the Customer signs the negotiated contents of the Regulations for duty performance. In case that the regulations are not signed by both parties prior to the agreed time of commencement of provision of services and in spite of that Securitas starts to provide services, then the provision of services is governed by the proposition of Regulations presented to Customer by Securitas until Regulations agreed and signed by both parties become effective.
Commencement of the Services. Upon completion of the installation and/or testing of Equipment, an SECOM Smart quality assurance representative will telephone the Customer to welcome the Customer, to verify the information in SECOM Smart’s monitoring database and to confirm that the Customer is satisfied with the installation and/or testing of the Equipment and is ready to receive the Services. On a successful conclusion of this telephone call, SECOM Smart will activate the Services and the billing cycle will commence. This date is the Effective Date.
Commencement of the Services. (a) Subject to clause 5(d), we will use our best endeavours to: (i) start providing the relevant basic micro EG connection service to you: (1) if we have agreed a date with you, on that agreed date; or (2) if we have been unable to agree a date with you, one business day after each of the following is met: (A) you meet the relevant obligations and prerequisites under clause 8; and (B) we have received a completed Embedded Generator System Specifications Form; and (C) we have verified that your micro embedded generating unit complies with the communication capabilities; and (D) if an alteration, we have received a completed Alteration or Upgrade of IES Form; and (E) if prescribed electrical installation work is undertaken, we have received a completed Certificate of Electrical Safety in respect of that work; and (F) if applicable, we have received a completed Electrical Works Request Form; and (G) if applicable, we have received a completed metering service order; (ii) finish providing the work required to be undertaken by us to establish the connection of the relevant micro embedded generating unit(s) (including any works as set out in paragraph (c) of Schedule 2) to the Retail Customer: (1) if we have agreed a date with you, by that date; or (2) if we have not agreed a date with you, within 10 business days of the date we commence providing the relevant basic micro EG connection service in accordance with clause 5(a)(i)(2). (b) On occasion, we may need to contact you to seek your agreement to an extension to the above periods. (c) You must do all things reasonably necessary to be done by you, including, without limitation, providing access, obtaining relevant Approvals, and carrying out other relevant Retail Customer’s activities, to allow the above timeframes to be achieved. (d) Despite clause 5(a): (i) we are not required to start providing the relevant basic micro EG connection service until you have obtained any relevant Approvals and procured any access required for us to provide that service; (ii) we are not required to start providing the relevant basic micro EG connection service until we are satisfied that your micro embedded generating unit complies with the technical and safety obligations and the communication capabilities, and we may delay provision of the service until we are reasonably satisfied that it complies; (iii) if a force majeure event occurs, we may delay the start of the relevant basic micro EG connection service by as long as tha...
