Relation of the Parties. It is the intention of the parties to create hereby the relationship of landlord and tenant, and no other relation is hereby created. Nothing in this Facilities Lease shall be construed to make the parties partners or joint venturers or to render either party liable for any obligation of the other except as described herein.
