Common use of Relation to Existing Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relation to Existing Indenture. This Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Existing Indenture (the provisions of which, as modified by this Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Existing Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series. To the extent any provision of this Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of the Existing Indenture, the provisions of this Thirty-Fourth Supplemental Indenture shall govern and be controlling.

This Thirty-Fourth Second Supplemental Indenture constitutes an integral part of the Existing Indenture (the provisions of which, as modified by this Thirty-Fourth Second Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes but shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Existing Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series. To the extent any provision of this Thirty-Fourth Second Supplemental Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of the Existing Indenture, the provisions of this Thirty-Fourth Second Supplemental Indenture shall govern and be controlling.

To the extent any provision of this ThirtyTwenty-Fourth Eighth Supplemental Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of the Existing Indenture, the provisions of this ThirtyTwenty-Fourth Eighth Supplemental Indenture shall govern and be controlling.

To the extent any provision of this Thirty-Fourth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture conflicts with the express provisions of the Existing Indenture, the provisions of this Thirty-Fourth Twentieth Supplemental Indenture shall govern and be controlling.
