Common use of Relation to Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relation to Original Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture is executed and shall be construed as an indenture supplemental to the Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and modified, and as supplemented and modified hereby, the Original Indenture as heretofore supplemented and modified is in all respects ratified and confirmed, and the Original Indenture as heretofore and hereby supplemented and modified shall be read, taken, and construed as one and the same instrument. All terms used in this Supplemental Indenture shall be taken to have the same meaning as in the Original Indenture except in cases where the context clearly indicates otherwise.
