Common use of Relation to Original Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relation to Original Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture supplements the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented, and shall be a part and subject to all the terms thereof. Except as supplemented hereby, all of the terms, provisions and conditions of the Original Indenture, as amended and supplemented, and the Securities issued thereunder shall continue in full force and effect.

Relation to Original Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture supplements the Original Indenture, as amended and supplementedamended, and shall be a part and subject to all the terms thereof.
