Common use of Relation to Other Concessions Clause in Contracts

Relation to Other Concessions. 1. Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, it is specifically understood and agreed that, in the event of a conflict between Company and any other lessee or concessionaire in the South Terminal Complex as to specific items to be sold by respective concessionaires or lessees, the Chief Executive Officer shall decide which items of merchandise may be sold or provided by each concessionaire or lessee and Company agrees to be bound by such decision. The Chief Executive Officer may consider the various locations within the South Terminal Complex where Company and other concessionaire or lessee operates in arriving at the determination.
