Relation to patents. Nothing contained in this clause shall imply a license to the Authority under any patent or be construed as affecting the scope of any license or other right otherwise granted to the Authority under any patent. i. Any dispute under this clause shall be subject to the "Disputes" clause of this Contract. ii. The Contracting Officer may retain from payment up to ten percent (10%) of the Contract price until final delivery and acceptance of the technical data defined in this Clause and as required to be furnished by the Price Schedule or the Contract's specifications.
