General Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide the materials and services identified on the Purchase Order and attached or referenced Contractor quotation, if applicable.
General Statement of Work. Contractor shall provide Qualified staff and Sub-Contractors as required in Appendix B, to provide installation and renovation services for “Systems” integral to the operation, control, monitoring, reporting of train movement and equipment, stations, buildings, communication towers and wayside facilities on the Authority’s Service Territory as it relates to Systems, including but not limited to hardware, firmware, software and related equipment and cabling for signals, grade crossings, communication equipment, back office train control, on board train control, positive train control (PTC), customer information systems (CIS) or predictive arrival and departure systems (PADS), electrical, power, lighting, security, video monitoring, and ancillary support work such as transporting, storing and warehousing associated with the above categories. In performing the Services, Contractor shall ensure that at least fifty percent (50%) of the Services will be performed by its own employees and that no more than fifty percent (50%) of the Services will be performed by Subcontractors or their employees. Services will be performed pursuant to fully executed CTOs and will include, but not be limited to:
1. Modifications and in-service testing of all Signal, Communications, and Positive Train Control Systems, procurement of material and equipment, when required in CTO, in accordance with industry best practices and procedures and current Authority standards, specifications and maintenance requirements including:
a. Modifications of underground and above ground facilities in support of Systems, including but not limited to planning, permitting, and commissioning of power services required for Systems usage.
b. Modifications of in pavement loops required for Exit Gate Management Systems, including but not limited to paving and grinding required for installation. Contractor shall be responsible for all traffic control measures and striping in the area of work that is required by the municipality.
c. Modifications of Communications Systems towers, including grading, foundation, and erection.
d. Modification of on board System equipment, including but not limited to, locomotives and cab-cars. Work will require coordination with mechanical department in order to perform work.

General Statement of Work. The terms of this GPA shall govern the legal relationship between Buyer and Supplier with regard to the procurement of certain Products and/or Services, whether or not this GPA or its terms are expressly refer- enced. Supplier agrees to sell and Xxxxx agrees to purchase Products and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this GPA. The Suppliers terms and conditions shall not apply even if they were not opposed specifically in individual cases. Supplier must meet all legal, environmental, quality and safety-related regulations as well as requirements for restricted, poisonous and hazardous materials in effect in the EU. The Supplier must have avaialble the necessary permits and licenses for the materials used, its processes and plants and systems. The Supplier's Products shall comply with modern scientific and state-of-the-art technology and the specifi- cations, drawings, etc. as agreed between the Parties. Supplier is obliged to immediately review whether the specifications established in the drawings, specifica- tions, etc. from Buyer or from Supplier violate or contradict such provisions and, if this is the case, to inform Xxxxx immediately in writing.

LSI agrees to develop, manufacture, assemble, test, inspect, package, inventory, deliver, service and support the Product, and perform all other responsibilities described in the Agreement, including this Attachment. LSI shall deliver to IBM or distribute on behalf of IBM only that quantity of Products that are ordered by IBM pursuant to a Work Authorization.
General Statement of Work. The following Statement of Work documents are incorporated by reference from the INS STARS RFP Documents. The scope of work noted in the documents is general in nature to the INS STARS Program. The subcontractor will be provided with specific Subcontractor Task Orders by CSC to direct specific work in support of the General Statement of Work. General Statement of Work. A. Contractor shall furnish all plant facilities, labor, material and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to construct, launch, outfit, test and deliver the Vessel, at CONTR’s own risk and expense, in strict accordance and compliance with this Agreement except as otherwise provided. CONTR’s performance shall include, but not be limited to, the development of additional plans, sketches and technical data ("Contractor-Provided Designs") which are necessary to construct the Vessel in a seaworthy manner but which are not specifically set forth in the Plans and Specifications. CONTR shall also be responsible for the receipt, storage and installation of outfitting and equipment required pursuant to this Agreement. Performance of all work set forth herein shall be for the consideration of the Contract Price. OWNER shall be responsible for designs, Plans, Specifications and other information provided by OWNER (OWNER-Provided Plans). CONTR shall bear no responsibility or liability for defects or deficiencies in OWNER-Provided Plans. The CONTR shall bear responsibility and liability for any defects or deficiencies in material, equipment, workmanship and Contractor-Provided Designs.
B. The Vessel shall be identified as Contractor’s hull number and shall be constructed at Contractor’s plant or shipyard (hereafter “Shipyard”), located at , in the State of . The Vessel when completed, after passing all requisite tests and trials, shall be delivered to OWNER at the Rockland Ferry Terminal in Rockland, Maine pursuant to Article 13 (Delivery of Vessel) and Article 14 (Contract Completion Time).
C. The work to be performed shall be commenced immediately, prosecuted with due diligence and completed, and the delivery of the Vessel, in all respects complying with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Plans and Specifications, shall be made on or before the Contract Delivery Date, as may be extended in accordance with the terms hereof.
D. This agreement, which may be amended, modified, or supplemented in writing only, consists of the Contract documents as defined in the Plans, Standard Specifications, November 2014 Edition, Supplemental Specifications, Special Provisions, Vessel Construction Agreement, Bid Documents, and Contract Bonds.
General Statement of Work. (a) The Contractor shall furnish all plant, facilities, labor, materials, supplies and equipment, and shall perform all work necessary to design, construct, launch, outfit, test and deliver one (1) Philadelphia CV 2600 type container vessel for operation under the U.S. flag and in the U.S. coastwise trade (hereinafter the "Vessel"), to be identified as Hull 002, at its own risk and expense, in strict accordance with the Plans and Specifications referred to in ARTICLE II hereof, and shall do everything required of the Contractor by this Contract and the Plans and Specifications, including the development of working plans and the installation of any Purchaser's Supplies that the Plans and Specifications provide shall be furnished by the Purchaser, all for the consideration set forth in paragraph (a) of ARTICLE III below for , including the spare parts specifically identified in the Specifications, together with such additions and subject to such deductions as are herein provided (hereinafter called the "Contract Price").
(i) The Contractor shall arrange with the American Bureau of Shipping (hereinafter the "Classification Society") for the assignment by the Classification Society of a representative or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Classification Surveyor") to the Vessel during construction. All fees and charges incidental to classification and compliance with the Classification Society class requirements as required under this Contract, including all fees and charges relating to the Alternative Compliance Program with the United States Coast Guard (hereinafter referred to as "USCG"), unless otherwise specified, shall be for the account of the Contractor. Prior to the construction of the respective parts of the Vessel the Contractor shall submit to the Classification Society and obtain all necessary approvals of the plans and drawings related to the construction of the Vessel. The Contractor shall promptly furnish to the Purchaser copies of all correspondence with the Classification Society. Decisions of the Classification Society as to the compliance or non-compliance with the Classification Society requirements shall be final and binding upon the parties hereto.
(ii) The Contractor shall arrange with the USCG for all necessary plan approvals and for the inspection of the Vessel by representatives of USCG during construction of the Vessel. It is recognized and understood that USCG may appoint the Classification Society as its representati...
General Statement of Work. This Statement of Work defines the effort required for the design, construction, testing, configuration and program management for the acquisition of up to two (2) NOAA AGOR Variant Class ships. A two-phased procurement approach will be utilized. Phase I includes CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002. Phase II includes CLIN 0003 through CLIN 0016.

The Contractor shall provide engineering development support for fabrication, assembly, installation, quality control checks, troubleshooting, repair documentation, test plans, engineering reviews, environmental and operational testing, data reduction and analysis, drawings, and appropriate documentation and industrial services as required for the Chemical and Biological Defense programs.
General Statement of Work. 1. The Subcontractor shall conduct certain unclassified research work, as authorized and specified in Subcontracts awarded under this Agreement.
2. The work is generally described as basic or applied research and development work. The Subcontracts will contain a detailed description of the work and delineate all deliverables and any other requirements necessary to complete the work. The work shall be performed at the Subcontractor's facilities, at the LLNL, and at other locations approved by LLNS, as specified in the Subcontracts. The work under the Subcontracts shall not involve activities at an LLNL site identified by LLNS as ES&H Level 2 or 3 unless the parties mutually agree upon safety-related requirements for such work.
3. The Subcontractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, facilities, transportation, testing, and other incidental items and services necessary for performance of the work, except for Government Property specified in the Subcontracts to be furnished by LLNS. The Subcontractor shall deliver the items and reports specified in the Subcontracts.
