Relations Matters. When a day designated as a holiday under clause coincides with an employee's day of rest, the holiday shall be moved to the first scheduled working day following day of rest. When a day that is a designated holiday is so moved to a day on which the employee is on leave with pay, that day shall count as a holiday and not as a day of leave.
