Common use of Relations with Borrower Clause in Contracts

Relations with Borrower. Except for the transactions provided for in this Agreement, each Lender may deal with the Borrower and each other Loan Party in all transactions and generally do any banking business with or provide any financial services to the Borrower and each other Loan Party without having any liability to account to the other Lenders therefor. Where any Lender is the Agent, with respect to such Lender's Commitment and Lender's Proportion, such Lender shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent.

Where any Secured Lender is the Agent, with respect to such Lender's its Commitment and Lender's ’s Proportion, such Lender shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement as any other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Agent.
