Common use of Relations with Governments Clause in Contracts

Relations with Governments. Except for political contributions made in a lawful manner which, in the aggregate, do not exceed $10,000 per year for each year in which any STOCKHOLDER has been a stockholder of the COMPANY, the COMPANY has not made, offered or agreed to offer anything of value to any governmental official, political party or candidate for government office nor has it otherwise taken any action which would cause the COMPANY to be in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended or any law of similar effect. If political contributions made by the COMPANY have exceeded $10,000 per year for each year in which any STOCKHOLDER has been a stockholder of the COMPANY, each contribution in the amount of $5,000 or more shall be described on Schedule 5.28.
