Relations with Governments. Neither IES nor any of its affiliates has given or offered anything of value to any government official, political party or candidate for government office nor has it or any of them otherwise taken any action which would cause IES to be in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, or any law of similar effect.
