In connection with the Technology and the Products, no material current supplier of Seller has canceled any contract or order for provision of, and there has been no threat by any such supplier not to provide, raw materials, products, supplies or services either prior to or following the Closing Date.

Relations with Suppliers. In connection with the Technology and the ProductsBusiness, no material current supplier of Seller has canceled any contract or order for provision of, and there has been no threat by any such supplier not to provide, raw materials, products, supplies or services to the businesses of Seller either prior to or following the Closing DateEffective Time. Section 2.23 of the Disclosure Letter lists each material supplier to Seller relating to the Business that is a material source of a particular raw material, product, supply or service.
