Relationship Between Parties. a) This Agreement has been entered into on a principal to principal basis, and neither party hereto shall be considered to be a partner or agent of the other party. The provisions relating to representations and warranties, notices, indemnities, confidentiality, ownership, limitation of liability shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. b) Nothing in this Agreement shall create or be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture or principal-agent relationship between the Parties and neither party may pledge the credit of the other or make any binding commitment on the part of the other, except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Agreement.
