RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVES. Each Party hereto shall designate a Relationship Executive to report and discuss issues with respect to the provision of the Services. Each Party hereto shall designate successor Relationship Executives in the event that a designated Relationship Executive is not available to perform such role hereunder. The initial Relationship Executive designated by Residential shall be Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and the initial Relationship Executive designated by Altisource shall be Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx. Either Party may replace its Relationship Executive at any time by providing written notice thereof to the other Party hereto.
