Relationship Management a) Strategic Contacts. ClearCommerce and HP will each designate an employee who shall serve as the sole liaisons between HP and ClearCommerce as each party's strategic contact for support related matters ("Strategic Contact"). Each party shall notify the other whenever the designated Strategic Contacts' responsibilities are transferred to another employee. The Strategic Contacts will be the focal points for general relationship and process issues and will be responsible for managing the overall support relationship of the parties.
