Relationship of Lenders. The Lenders intend for the relationships created by this Agreement to be construed as concurrent direct loans from each Lender respectively to the Borrower. Nothing herein shall be construed as a loan from any Lender to FNB-O or as creating a partnership or joint venture relationship among them.
