Relationship of Parties; Limitation of Liability. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed or construed as creating a relationship of principal and agent, partnership or joint venture among the Parties, or any of them, it being agreed that neither any provision contained herein, nor any acts of the Parties hereto, shall be deemed to create any relationship between the Parties except as otherwise specified in this Agreement.
