Any and all activities conducted under this Article 14 (Dispute Resolution), including any and all non public proceedings and decisions under Section 14.3 (Arbitration), will be the Confidential Information of each of the Parties, and will be subject to the terms of Article 9 (Confidentiality; Publication).
Upon being supplied a list, by the AAA, of at least ten (10) potential mediators that are each Qualified Dispute Resolution Professionals, each of the Requesting Party and the Bank will have the right to exercise two (2) peremptory challenges within fourteen (14) days and to rank the remaining potential mediators in order of preference.
Except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, any Dispute, including Disputes that may involve the Affiliates of any Party, will be resolved in accordance with this Article 14 (Dispute Resolution).
