Dispute Resolution definition

Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in this LGIP for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.
Dispute Resolution means the process for resolving disputed Settlement Claims as set forth in this Agreement.
Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in GIDAP Section 15.5 and in GIDAP BPM Section 15 for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.

  • Any and all activities conducted under this Article 14 (Dispute Resolution), including any and all non public proceedings and decisions under Section 14.3 (Arbitration), will be the Confidential Information of each of the Parties, and will be subject to the terms of Article 9 (Confidentiality; Publication).

More Definitions of Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution means the procedure set forth in the executed interconnection agreement, or Appendix U, Section 13.5; Appendix Y, Section 13.5 and GIP BPM, Section 17; or Appendix DD, Section 15.5 and in GIDAP BPM, Section 15, as applicable for resolution of a dispute between the Parties.
