Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed or construed by the parties parties, or by any third party as creating party, to create the relationship of principal and agent, partnership or joint venture between the partiesparties hereto, it being understood and agreed that no provision contained herein, and no act of the parties, herein shall be deemed to create any relationship between the parties hereto other than the relationship set forth hereinof Borrowers and lender.
