Common use of Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement Clause in Contracts

Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed February 27, 2007 and the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed May 25, 2007, as amended, provided that all “Confidential Information” disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed “Confidential Information” hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed February 27as of January 19, 2007 and the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed May 25, 2007, as amended, 2016; provided that all “Confidential Information” disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed “Confidential Information” hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed February 27August, 2007 and the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed May 25, 2007, as amended2004, provided that all “Confidential Information” disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed “Confidential Information” hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed February 27April 1, 2007 and the Confidential Disclosure Agreement between the Parties executed May 25, 2007, as amended2005, provided that all “"Confidential Information” " disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed “"Confidential Information” " hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
