Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. As of the Effective Date, this Agreement supersedes the Confidentiality Agreement; provided however, that all “Confidential Information” disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed Confidential Information hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
