Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement between MacroGenics and Provention, effective as of August 8, 2017 (the “Prior CDA”); provided however, that all “Confidential Information” disclosed or received by the Parties and their Affiliates thereunder shall be deemed Confidential Information hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
