Relationship to Confidentiality Agreement. This Agreement supersedes the Confidentiality Agreement; provided that all “Confidential Information” disclosed or received by the Parties thereunder shall be deemed Confidential Information hereunder and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
