Relationship to Existing Policies. This Agreement shall supersede any rules, regulations, policies, resolutions, or practices of the District that shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. Rules, regulations, policies, resolutions, or practices of the District not in conflict with this Agreement shall not be affected by this Agreement.
