Relationship to other legislation. 26.01 The Licence is subject to the rules of law from time to time in force in Greenland. Thus, this Licence shall not restrict the general right of the Greenland Self-Government to levy taxes or lay down general provisions concerning the exploitation activities. The Licence shall not exempt the Licensee from obtaining such approvals and permits as are required pursuant to the Mineral Resources Act and other legislation.
