Relationship to other regulations. ‌ (1) Compliance with the City’s Shoreline Master Program does not constitute compliance with other federal, state, and local regulations and permit requirements that may apply. The applicant is responsible for complying with all other applicable requirements. (2) When any provision of the City’s Shoreline Master Program or any other federal, state, or local provision conflicts with the City’s Shoreline Master Program, the provision that is most protective of shoreline resources shall prevail. (3) The City’s Shoreline Master Program includes critical areas regulations applicable only in shoreline jurisdiction (Appendix B); these regulations shall control within shoreline jurisdiction over the general critical area regulations adopted pursuant to the Growth Management Act.
