Common use of RELATIONSHIP WITH ADMINISTRATOR Clause in Contracts

RELATIONSHIP WITH ADMINISTRATOR. Neither the Trustee, nor the Investment Committee, if any, shall be responsible in any respect for the administration of the Plan. Payments of money or property from the Trust Fund shall be made by the Trustee upon direction from the Administrator or its designee. Payments by the Trustee shall be transmitted to the Administrator or its designee for delivery to the proper payees or to payee addresses supplied by the Administrator or its designee, and the Trustee's obligation to make such payments shall be satisfied upon such transmittal. The Trustee shall have no obligation to determine the identity of persons entitled to payments under the Plan or their addresses.
