Relationship with Contractors. 9.1.1 Nothing in this Agreement will create any contractual relationship between the Authority and any Contractor. No Contract entered into by or under Developer shall impose any obligation or liability upon the Authority to any Contractor or any of its employees. 9.1.2 The retention of Contractors by Developer will not relieve Developer of its obligations under the Project Documents and Developer will at all times be held fully responsible under the Project Documents for the acts and omissions of all Contractors, in relation to the Project, as if they were the acts and omissions of Developer.
