Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.
(2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures.
(3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage.
(4) Repair damaged culvert ends.
Route As set forth in 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(e), a “Route” is a transmission path between one of Verizon's Wire Centers or switches and another of Verizon's Wire Centers or switches. A route between two points (e.g., Wire Center or switch “A” and Wire Center or switch “Z”) may pass through one or more intermediate Wire Centers or switches (e.g., Wire Center or switch “X”). ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.
Signaling Link Transport 9.2.1 Signaling Link Transport is a set of two or four dedicated 56 kbps transmission paths between Global Connection-designated Signaling Points of Interconnection that provide appropriate physical diversity.
Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.
Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.
Loop A transmission path that extends from a Main Distribution Frame or functionally comparable piece of equipment in a Customer's serving End Office, to the Rate Demarcation Point (or NID if installed at the Rate Demarcation Point) in or at the Customer's premises. The actual transmission facilities used to provide a Loop may utilize any of several technologies.
Building Access The authorized representatives of the Union shall upon request have access to the District’s premises at any reasonable time for the purpose of adjusting grievances, investigating working conditions, or ascertaining that provisions of this Agreement are being adhered to; provided the representatives check in with the front office, following school protocol to receive a visitor’s badge, they do not interfere with employees in the performance of their duties. The Union shall furnish the District with the names of its authorized representatives.
Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.
Building Services Labor Law Article 9 applies to Contracts for building service work over $1,500 with a public agency, that: (i) involve the care or maintenance of an existing building, or (ii) involve the transportation of office furniture or equipment to or from such building, or (iii) involve the transportation and delivery of fossil fuel to such building, and (iv) the principal purpose of which is to furnish services through use of building service employees.
