Common use of Relationship with Lenders Clause in Contracts

Relationship with Lenders. (a) Each Agent may treat each Lender as a Lender, entitled to payments under this Agreement and as acting through its Facility Office(s) until it has received not less than five Business Days’ prior notice from that Lender to the contrary. (b) The Facility Agent may at any time, and must if requested to do so by the Majority Lenders, arrange a meeting of the Lenders, at the Lenders’ cost. (i) The Facility Agent must keep a record of all the Parties and, subject to paragraph (ii) below, supply any other Party with a copy of the record on request. The record will include each Lender’s Facility Office(s) and contact details for the purposes of this Agreement. (ii) The Facility Agent shall not be required to provide any Lender with any record disclosing any other Lender or any other Lender’s contact details.
