Relationship with Lenders. 18.9.1 In performing its functions and duties under this Agreement, an Agent shall act solely as the agent for the Lenders and except as provided in the Finance Documents shall not be deemed to be acting as trustee for any Lender. No Agent shall assume or be deemed to have assumed any obligation as agent for, or any relationship of agency with, any Obligor.
