Common use of Relationship with Lenders Clause in Contracts

Relationship with Lenders. The Borrower agrees that (a) no Lender or other financial institution party hereto (i) is a financial advisor, agent or fiduciary for the Borrower hereunder, or (ii) has assumed an advisory, agency or fiduciary responsibility in favor of the Borrower with respect to any of the transactions contemplated hereby, and (b) each Lender and other financial institution party hereto may be engaged in a broad range of transactions that involve interests that differ from the Borrower’s, and such Person has no obligation to disclose any of such interests to the Borrower by virtue of any advisory, agency, fiduciary or other relationship.
