Common use of Relationship with Security Agent Clause in Contracts

Relationship with Security Agent. To the fullest extent allowed by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this Deed (either expressly or impliedly) or by law on a Receiver may after this Security becomes enforceable be exercised by the Security Agent in relation to any Security Asset without first appointing a Receiver or notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.

Relationship with Security Agent. To the fullest extent allowed by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this Deed (either expressly or impliedly) or by law on a Receiver may after may, when this Security becomes enforceable is enforceable, be exercised by the Security Agent in relation to any Security Asset without first appointing a Receiver or and notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.

To the fullest extent allowed permitted by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this Deed (either expressly or impliedly) or by law on upon a Receiver of the Security Assets may after the security created by this Security Deed becomes enforceable be exercised by the Security Agent in relation to any Security Asset without first appointing a Receiver or notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.

Relationship with Security Agent. To the fullest extent allowed permitted by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this Deed Charge (either expressly or impliedly) or by law on upon a Receiver of any of the Shares or the Related Rights may after the security created by this Security Charge becomes enforceable be exercised by the Security Agent in relation to any Security Asset of the Shares or the Related Rights without first appointing a Receiver or notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.

Relationship with Security Agent. To the fullest extent allowed permitted by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this Deed (either expressly be it express or impliedlyimplied) or by law on upon a Receiver may after this Security becomes enforceable of any Charged Asset or on any mortgagee may, following the occurrence of an Event of Default which is continuing, be exercised by the Security Agent (as agent and trustee for and on behalf of itself and the other Finance Parties) in relation to any Security Charged Asset either: 9.2.1 without first appointing a Receiver or Receiver; or 9.2.2 notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.

Relationship with Security Agent. To the fullest extent allowed by law, any right, power or discretion conferred by this Deed Debenture (either expressly or impliedly) or by law on a Receiver may may, after the Security created by this Security Debenture becomes enforceable enforceable, be exercised by the Security Agent in relation to any Security Asset without first appointing a Receiver or notwithstanding the appointment of a Receiver.
