Release and Compliance with Agreement. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive’s entitlement to any payments under this Section 6(b) shall be subject to Executive's compliance with Section 7, Section 17, Section 18 and Section 22 of this Agreement and Executive’s execution of the Release and such Release becoming effective within the Release Execution Period, to the extent permitted by law.
