Common use of Release Benefit Clause in Contracts

Release Benefit. Pursuant to the terms of Executive’s Employment Agreement, he is entitled to certain benefits if he agrees to release all known and unknown claims against Employer (the “Release Benefits”). Executive acknowledges and agrees that he is not entitled to the Release Benefits unless and until he executes this General Release.

Release Benefit. Pursuant to the terms of Executive’s Employment Agreement to which this Release is appended as Exhibit A (the “Employment Agreement”), he is entitled to certain benefits if he agrees to release all known and unknown claims against Employer and certain of its affiliates (the “Release Benefits”). Executive acknowledges and agrees that he is not entitled to the Release Benefits unless and until he executes this General Release.
