Release by Grantor Sample Clauses

Release by Grantor. Where the Grantor repays all or part of the Secured Money at any time during which the Secured Party, any agent of the Secured Party or a Receiver is in possession of the Collateral and the Secured Party, any agent of the Secured Party or a Receiver withdraws from possession of the Collateral, with or without a request from the Grantor, the Grantor releases, indemnifies and keeps indemnified the Secured Party, any agent of the Secured Party or Receiver from all claims whatever in connection with anything done or omitted to be done by the Secured Party, any agent of the Secured Party or a Receiver before, during or after any of them taking possession of the Collateral.
